While Rethink the Gabba Inc has been successful in forcing a rethink of these plans via a 60-day review, the future of the community is still uncertain.
Even if the review returns positive news on these issues, Rethink the Gabba will need to maintain pressure to ensure current and future governments don't try to go back on these plans, and to ensure that the Priority Development slated for our inner-south community engages in proper community consultation.

To support the first phase of our campaign, we engaged the services of a local international award-winning documentary film maker Jim Stevens to create long-form and social media content that we can use to bring our story and plight to the masses. Click below to view the film.
